Charger Sailing
Most senior Scandinavian sailors started their sailing career in a Oslo Jolle back in the sixties, and are still missing that boat today.
Charger Composites has together with a few enthusiasts in Osterbotnia redeveloped an Oslo jolle with a fibre glass hull and beautiful wooden deck.
The Charger Oslo Jolle gives you the same look and feel that the classic wooden Oslo jolle gave you but it is more practical because of the low maintenance fibre glass hull.
The Oslo Jolle is a great boat for all ages - dad and grandpa can use it as a fun way to teach their children and grand children how to sail and it is a great boat to go sailing in the archipelago with the family, and since it is a centerboard boat it's easy to beach.
We can see the situation where local sailing clubs start organizing some evening competitions where the boats can race, imagine grandpa, dad and son competing together as a team on a Wednesday night.
